Last Friday, Maria Cornejo of Zero + Maria Cornejo and Hyundai unveiled their 15-piece collection named Re:Style. The collection featured materials made from repurposed seat waste from Hyundai cars. The heavy weight of the car fabrics made it a challenge for Cornejo to find textiles that would combine well with it. She used organic cotton denim for many of the pieces, and especially loved the leather jacket featured in the collection. "It looks like patchwork, and I love the combo of the colors together," said Cornejo.
